    Upload one CV or a folder of them. HireNow reads out name, contact, experience and skills, matches duplicates by email or phone, and writes a summary for each job order that marks every must-have as met, partly met or not stated, quoting the CV line it used.

    Every candidate, CV, note, tag and message sits in one shared database. Consultants search by name, skill or phrase (with Boolean operators) and get suggested candidates for a new job order. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, including contact details and fees.

    From a job order, choose Send to client: pick candidates and send them by email with a secure link and branded CV PDFs, or through the client portal, named or blind. The client answers Yes, Maybe or No, and HireNow records what was sent, when it was viewed and the client's response. Client contacts can also sign in to a client portal to see their jobs and submitted candidates. Watermarked shortlist links that expire and collect feedback are still there too.

    Client invoices with lines, PDF download and credit notes. Issued invoices can be pushed to Xero or Bukku once accounts and tax codes are mapped (this connection is tested in mock mode only). Commissions split each placement fee between consultants, for example 60/40.

    Assignments with pay and bill rates, required contractor documents with expiry tracking, a contractor portal for timesheets and uploads, timesheets approved by the client in the client portal, pay runs exported as CSV, billing into client invoices and a margins report. Consultants can also call candidates from HireNow through Twilio, with AI call notes when the candidate agrees to recording; calling is tested in mock mode only.

Is HireNow suitable for a recruitment or headhunting agency?

Yes, for permanent placements and contract staffing: it has a shared candidate database, AI CV reading, a pipeline per job order, a client CRM with placements and fees, sending CVs to clients with tracking, a client portal, email outreach sequences, invoices that sync to Xero or Bukku, and consultant commissions. For contract staff it adds assignments, contractor documents, timesheets approved by the client, pay, billing and margins. Accounting and calling connections are tested in mock mode only.

Can HireNow parse CVs automatically?

Yes. Upload one CV or many at once; HireNow reads out contact details, experience and skills, matches duplicates by email or phone, and writes a summary per job order that quotes the CV. In the early-access demo the AI uses sample responses; live AI is connected during setup.

Can we send candidate CVs to clients from HireNow?

Yes. From a job order, choose Send to client, pick the candidates and send them by email with a secure link and branded CV PDFs, or through the client portal, with names shown or hidden. The client answers Yes, Maybe or No, and each submittal shows whether it was sent, viewed and what the client said. Watermarked shortlist links that collect client feedback are also available.

Can every consultant see every candidate?

You decide. The database is shared, and roles, groups and permissions control who can see contact details, fees and revenue, per client if needed. Viewing contact details is recorded in the audit log.

Do we have to buy every module?
